From the house and the large surrounding garden (1,000m2) you have a beautiful view over the woods and the setting sun. You can enjoy the sounds of the birds and squirrels around you and, if they are there, the sheep and lambs in the adjacent meadow of nature monuments. The garden around the house is fenced and dogs are very welcome.
Doldersum is located in the middle of a vast nature reserve where you can enjoy hiking and cycling in all seasons, spot wildlife and birds and enjoy the tranquility. The villages of Wateren, Zorgvliet, Diever, Vledder, Wapse and Dwingeloo are close by and are fun to explore.
