DeRetraite is a B&B / holiday home of 80 m2 in a converted country school. The space is specifically equipped to allow you to quietly withdraw from your daily worries and reflect on what matters most. You are free to use materials for yoga, meditation and contemplation, such as DVDs, books, consciousness games, CDs and transformation cards. There is also plenty of space to express yourself creatively. Various materials are available for this, such as paper and cardboard, various paints and (colouring) pencils and pens and paintingcanvasses.
You can indulge in a delicious lunch and/or a freshly prepared dinner.
And ... if you run into soul issues, loving coaching is possible.
In short: the Retreat is the place to come back to yourSelf.
