Constructed out of a combination of other mills, Molen van Vledder (Vledder Mill) is a relatively new mill. The materials that have been used to build this mill are from demolished mills from the following two villages in Groningen: Kantens and Vierverlaten. Another mill used to stand at the mill’s current location until 1936. It’s a private mill can therefore not be visited. Although lacking an official name, it is often referred to as De Poffert.
