When you go looking for this dolmen you first come along a farm. Here is a sign indicating where you can find the dolmen. If you follow the sandy path you will end up on a plot with some trees where the old dolmen lies. If you drive from Odoorn to Borger along the Borgerderweg is the dolmen with signs along the road indicated. You must drive along a dirt track to get to the dolmen.
